Pursuant to Clause 5.3.4 of the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access (Determination No. 2 of 2005), Time hereby publicises the Reference Access Offer (RAO).<\/h4>\n

The RAO contains terms and conditions on access to the network facilities and network services on the Access List, which are offered by Selangor Industrial Corporation Sdn Bhd (SIC).<\/p>\n
